Academic Quality Officer (Partnerships). Grade 6: GBP 30,378 – GBP 35,608. Permanent, full-time. Cirencester, GL7 6JS.
We are seeking an Academic Quality Officer (Partnerships) to join our Academic Quality Team. The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) has been at the forefront of agricultural education for 180 years and is globally renowned for its links with industry and courses designed to meet the demands of the changing land-based sector. The RAU Strategy focuses on international collaboration to address global challenges such as climate change, food security and water resource management. The University has a growing international footprint with partnerships in China, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates, and is pursuing an ambitious strategy to improve quality, standards, and the student experience both at Cirencester and with collaborative partners.
Responsibilities
* Support the activity of the Academic Quality team, working with collaborative partners and senior stakeholders to ensure there are rigorous and effective processes to assure the quality and standards of RAU degrees.
* Report to the Academic Quality Assurance Manager and work with other Academic Quality Officers to provide a collaborative and supportive service to partners in the UK and overseas.
Qualifications and attributes
* Experience in higher education administration and in collaborating closely with a range of staff and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex records, relationships and workloads.
* Passionate about maintaining high academic standards and building strong partnerships.
