Working under the management of the Online Business Manager and with another Supervisor. It is essential that you are able to follow instructions, be comfortable with leading staff and have a 'can-do' attitude. Your duties will include:
* Responsible for ensuring your staff have had suitable/sufficient training to carry out their work activities & that you supervise your staff to ensure they maintain good practices that have been taught.
* Responsible for implementing all HR requirements of your department.
* Responsible for the Supervision of Quality, Hygiene and Product Safety.
* Responsible for the fulfilment team of online orders, including stock management and troubleshooting with couriers and collections.
Previous experience is essential.
