Location: Radstock, England. Reporting To: David Watson. Compensation: £25,260 - £33,190 / year.

Responsibilities
* Manage, review, assess and train / support a caseload of learners who are based in the workplace and are currently undertaking Apprenticeships.
* Work with employer partners and college delivery teams to ensure learning experience is well coordinated and of high quality.
* Monitor and support individual learner progress, ensuring apprentices are prepared for end point assessment and achieve their qualifications.
* Provide induction, assessment, training, coaching, teaching and assessment to apprentices on Apprenticeship Programmes and supporting qualifications.
* Create an engaging learning programme that inspires and motivates learners in plumbing and heating.
* Develop a flexible learning programme for group delivery and 1:1 delivery, offering digital and face-to-face learning opportunities.
* Deliver knowledge-based modules in accordance with assessment guidelines and coordinate classroom learning with other college teams as appropriate.
Qualifications and Skills
* Level 2 English and Maths (e.g., GCSE) at Grade B or above.
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in an engineering discipline (preferably Machining, technical support, Inspection or Maintenance).
* Assessor to demonstrate a commitment to complete the TAQA Assessor Award within 12 months.
* Industry qualifications must include: Apprenticeship certificate L3 NVQ in relevant disciplines; L3 City and Guilds or BTEC.
* Full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
