What You Will Be Doing As Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor
As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking B2B clients. Your key duties will include handling inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email - This opportunity holds high quality standards as you will be working within the financial services sector.
Handle customer service queries from Dutch-speaking clients via telephone and email
Complaints resolution.
Data-Entry - Log and maintain accurate customer records
Arrange and process payments for clients
Translate documents and correspondence as required
Meet productivity targets, supporting the team to achieve business goals
Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and underwriter standards.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
What You Will Bring
You will be fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written to a professional standard
Strong MS Office experience
Experience in delivering customer service or Administration
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
Capable of effectively managing Team relationships remotely
Hold the right to work in the UK
PLEASE NOTE: The work for home days are set at a maximum of two days per week - This is not a fully remote role, therefore you should be within easy commuting distance of Bristol City to be considered for this position.
