We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead and support a collection of vibrant hospitality venues in Hammersmith.
The successful candidate will be hands-on, highly organised, commercially aware, and passionate about hospitality. You will oversee multiple sites, support senior leadership, and play a key role in maintaining operational excellence across the business.
What Were Looking For A proven General Manager with strong multi-site or high-end experience
An inspiring leader who can motivate, develop, and retain great teams
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Strong financial understanding with proven delivery of KPIs, budgets, and labour controls
A natural problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
Passion for guest experience and operational excellence
Ability to remain calm, energetic, and solutions-focused under pressure
A genuine hospitality personality vibrant, charismatic, and people-focused
Experience managing busy food-led venues preferred
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites
Lead, coach, and develop management teams
Ensure consistently high standards of service, food quality, and presentation
Drive sales growth and profitability
Manage labour, stock, compliance, and operational controls
Deliver and exceed business KPIs
Maintain strong team culture and staff engagement
Work closely with directors and senior leadership on business performance and strategy
