This is a client-facing role suited to someone personable, organised, and confident, who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting the smooth running of a busy property environment. The Role As Front of House Property Advisor, you will act as the welcoming face of the business, delivering a professional and friendly service to new and existing clients while providing essential administrative and operational support. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the first point of contact, covering reception and welcoming new residential property clients Managing enquiries and supporting clients through the early stages of their property journey Liaising with surveyors, arranging viewings, managing keys, and coordinating appointments Supporting marketing activity, including property listings and promotional materials Providing general administrative and office support to the wider team Bringing a small sales-focused element to the role by identifying and supporting opportunities where appropriate About You This role would suit someone with strong customer service experience and a professional, engaging approach.
