As the brand continues to expand its digital presence, we are recruiting for an Ecommerce Lead to take full ownership of its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) websites and drive digital performance across all touchpoints.
This is an exciting and high-impact role for a commercially minded and creative Ecommerce Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in delivering growth, leading strategy, and optimising performance across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Lead
Lead the strategic development and daily operation of the brand's ecommerce websites
Oversee and collaborate with external partners to improve UX, site performance, and conversion rates
Develop and execute ecommerce marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams
Own and optimise all digital marketing channels including SEO, paid search, paid social, CRM, and email
Utilise data insights to enhance user journeys, improve on-site performance, and drive revenue
Deliver clear reporting and performance analysis, presenting insights and recommendations to the wider business
Collaborate with internal teams - including marketing, creative, commercial, and finance - to ensure cohesive campaign planning and stock alignment
Continuously research ecommerce trends and consumer behaviour to inform new initiatives and improvements
What We're Looking For in an Ecommerce Lead
Minimum 5 years' experience managing ecommerce for consumer-facing brands, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or beauty
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering growth through DTC ecommerce platforms
Hands-on experience with ecommerce-focused digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRM strategy
Strong analytical mindset, confident using data to drive decisions and optimise performance
Passion for ecommerce innovation and customer-centric digital experiences
Proactive and results-driven, able to thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment
This Ecommerce Lead position is a key hire within a brand that's on an exciting growth journey. With a turnover of around £12 million and a head office team of 50-100 people, the business combines creative excellence with commercial ambition and strong brand identity.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
