Job: Final Inspector / Stores Person
Hours: Monday - Friday - Days
Location: Nottingham
Join our team as a Final Inspector / Stores Person, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer equipment is accurately checked, safely packaged, and dispatched to the highest standards. This role is essential to delivering exceptional service, maintaining quality, and supporting a smooth operational workflow. You'll work closely with the goods‑in team and liaise with clients and third parties to ensure an efficient, professional process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out accurate final inspections of customer equipment and complete tasks in a timely manner.
2. Ensure all equipment is correctly packaged using the appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
3. Process and dispatch customer orders and third‑party items through approved courier services.
4. Maintain high standards of paperwork accuracy, record actions taken, and support day‑to‑day goods‑in operations.
5. Provide proactive, courteous communication with clients and colleagues while following company safety, integrity, and diversity policies.
Qualifications
6. Previous experience in inspection, stores, warehousing, or a similar operational role.
7. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately.
8. Good communication skills and confidence liaising with internal teams and customers.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
10. Basic IT skills for completing documentation and updating internal systems.
