Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This role will involve preparing breakfast food items for overnight guests approx 3 mornings per week starting around 8am until 10.30am
The ideal candidate will be reliable and able to work weekend shifts as required they will possess a passion for cooking and a keen interest in the food and beverage industry, particularly in the area of food preparation
Duties
* Assist in the preparation and service of food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including kitchens and dining spaces.

* Previous experience of hospitality is essential.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous.
* Skills in catering would be beneficial for this role.
* A proactive approach to work with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
