Overview

Are you ready to play a key role in keeping projects moving across the UK? We’re looking for a Plant & Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Balfour Beatty based in Thurnscoe.


Responsibilities

* Coordinate plant hire requests and breakdowns for projects nationwide.
* Source and arrange operated and non-operated plant items, prioritising internal fleet utilisation.
* Manage orders, off-hires, and breakdowns through our call management system.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
* Ensure all requests are fulfilled within SLA guidelines and resolve any queries promptly.
* Contribute ideas to improve processes and maximise efficiency.


Qualifications

* Experience in a administrative or customer-focused role.
* Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to take ownership and deliver tasks to agreed deadlines.
