We are currently seeking a number of administrators to join our strong professional support teams in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities to carry out a range of duties relating to the student facing services and administration of our degree programmes across the faculty. An enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude, you will need to be highly organised with excellent IT and interpersonal skills, in order to provide a high-quality service to both students and staff. You will gain a good working knowledge of our systems and processes and University policies and procedures and use this to provide effective and efficient administrative support. This is a demanding and varied role; you will be an organised self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a busy environment. Skills, Experience & Qualification needed Educated to GCSE level or above, or possessing equivalent educational experience, you will bring your thorough knowledge of administrative processes and procedures gained in a large complex organisation and your excellent IT skills to the role. You will have a high degree of attention to detail and be able to effectively organise and prioritise your own work and follow procedure to produce work of a high standard to required deadlines. You will have experience of analysing, interpreting and presenting data and dealing with confidential and sensitive information. This position is available as both an open position, and also as a fixed term maternity cover.
