We’re working with a high-growth, purpose-led SME in the sustainable consumer goods space to find their next Field Sales Executive.
About the Role:
This role blends sales support with field execution. You’ll manage your own territory, visit independent and regional retail partners, open new business, and make sure the brand shows up brilliantly in-store. Alongside this, you’ll help keep the commercial engine running smoothly through CRM upkeep, lead generation, and preparing performance insights for the wider team. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing relationships with independent retailers and selected regional chains in your area, ensuring strong distribution, visibility, and display.
* Opening new business across your territory and identifying untapped opportunities.
* Conducting field visits, product demos, and supporting in-store promotional activity to enhance brand presence.
* Building qualified lead lists, researching prospects, and keeping CRM data accurate and actionable.
* Supporting year-round marketing & commercial campaigns, delivering against specific KPIs and targets.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a field sales or sales support role within FMCG/ consumer goods.
* Confident managing a territory, building relationships, and representing a brand in-store.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and commercial tools to track activity, pipeline, and performance.
* Proactive, commercially minded, and happy to roll up their sleeves in a growing SME.
* Full UK driving licence (field travel required).
