We can offer a permanent position or a 6–12 month fixed-term contract, depending on your availability. The contract is annualised, with a 1 week on / 5 weeks off rota (shift times 7pm to 8am, Monday to Monday). There's also flexibility around weekend working – these shifts are optional.
This is a brilliant opportunity to experience the buzz of an ECC caseload while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You'll be joining a close-knit, supportive team that aims to fully work up cases during the OOH shift. There's always a nurse on site, even when you're working sole charge, and we have a WhatsApp support group so you're never on your own.
