Job Summary

A fast-paced scheduling role supporting our Access Management Team in coordinating and facilitating access to a range of radio mast sites in secure settings across the country. You will become part of a team of five (within the larger Telecoms team of 16) and will primarily have responsibility for ensuring access to sites is arranged meeting all compliance requirements.

We have five strategically placed offices across Kent, Surrey and Sussex including Battle, Haywards Heath, Pulborough, Surrey Hills and Tunbridge Wells.

Salary and package

· Based in our Tunbridge Wells office (1 London Rd, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1DH).

· Maternity cover.

· Part-time – circa 20-25 hours over 5 days.

· 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (prorated).

· £24,000- £25,000 per annum dependent on experience (prorated).

· Discretionary bonus.

· Life Insurance cover.

Qualification and Skills

· Self-motivated, highly organised and have an ability to prioritise.

· A keen eye for detail, accuracy and problem solving.

· Ability to manage own workload and work towards deadlines and ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met.

· Conversant with the basic Microsoft suite of programs (predominantly Outlook and Excel).

· Ability to accurately review documentation.

· Excellent written and oral communication.

· Responsibilities and Duties

· Management of a busy Email inbox.

· Implementation of a procedure to facilitate access onto our clients' land in an orderly manner.

· Organisation of multiple access requests simultaneously.

· Interaction with clients and their staff to align availability.

· Providing administrative support to the Telecoms Team.

· Support with invoicing

· Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
