Salary: £36,000 - 48,000 per year Requirements:
* Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and Kanban environments
* Background in Operational Technology (OT) and Cybersecurity
* Experience working within the energy sector (highly desirable)
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to support product managers with process definition and pipeline creation
* Strong JIRA expertise for workflow, reporting, and backlog management
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams
* Support product managers in defining processes, shaping product pipelines, and capturing demand
* Run workshops, planning sessions, and prioritisation activities
* Help teams structure and manage their workload effectively
* Ensure delivery practices align with OT and Cybersecurity requirements
* Promote transparency, flow, and collaboration across the organisation
