We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Treeton Auto Services.
If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working around cars, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, you’ll fit right in with our team.
What you will be doing:
* Welcoming customers and understanding their service needs
* Explaining repairs and services clearly and honestly
* Preparing estimates and job quotations
* Handling payments accurately and professionally
* Recommending additional services where appropriate
* Working closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
* Ordering and managing parts
* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
* Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
What we are looking for:
* Customer service experience, preferably within an automotive environment
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
* Confidence in upselling while maintaining customer trust
* Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not essential
* Experience with estimating or quoting is an advantage
