Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a nurse passionate about delivering and influencing quality care for people living with a stoma. The role requires a strong commitment to person‑centred care practice with a focus on clinical assessment and education of others.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
* Deliver and influence quality care for people living with a stoma.
* Conduct clinical assessment and provide education to patients and staff.
* Manage a clinical caseload of individuals with stoma, surgical, or cancer needs (advantageous experience).
* Demonstrate compassionate care and effective team working.
* Collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary team.
* Shortlisted candidates will be invited to give a 10‑minute presentation on “The role of the Stoma Clinical Nurse Specialist within a Multi‑disciplinary Team”.
