Title: Fabric Engineer
Pay rate: £11.84 PAYE | £15 Umbrella, per hour
Location: Nottingham, NG90 area
Contract: Fulltime, temporary, Monday-Friday
Job description:
1. To attend and complete reactive repairs across the client premises, within the Service Level Agreements for Attendance, Response and Completion.
2. To carry out regular preventative maintenance tasks in line with Service Level Agreements
3. To provide support to the wider Engineering Day Team in the event of an emergency call
4. To undertake any other duties as directed by Managers within the remit of the role.
5. To provide updates to the Helpdesk and to ensure the CAFM System is always updated.
6. Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and working condition.
Requirements:
7. Demonstrable experience within a similar role e.g., building maintenance
8. Qualifications in Construction, Carpentry & Painting desirable.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority
10. Knowledge of Health and Safety
11. Diligent and proactive
12. Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative.
13. Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
14. A flexible approach to work would be essential.
