The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join the team at PREM Rugby, the organisation behind Gallagher PREM Rugby – the top tier of professional rugby union in England.
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Commercial team. This is a high-profile role managing some of rugby's biggest commercial partners, delivering best-in-class activations and helping grow the value of our partnerships portfolio.
It's an ideal role for someone who is enthusiastic about sport, eager to learn, and keen to extend their career in the sports industry.
Key Responsibilities
As Partnerships Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and delivering rights across our partner portfolio, from creative campaigns to player access.
* Building strong relationships with partners, clubs, and agencies.
* Overseeing reporting, budgets, and partnership performance.
* Supporting new business development alongside the Commercial Director.
* Hosting partners on matchdays, including the Gallagher PREM Rugby Final at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham.
* Aligning partner activity with community programmes such as Project Rugby.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience managing multiple brand partnerships in sport, media or entertainment.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Creative, commercially minded, and confident managing budgets.
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality activations and live events.
