Hours: Bank hours as and when required Pay: £13.45 per hour. Job Purpose: To provide a food and drink (including Barista) service in a welcoming, clean environment for our residents/customers in our village cafe. Key Outcomes/Results: Creates a welcoming environment for residents and customers in our village restaurants with a focus on customer service and providing a wide variety of food and drinks. Builds a rapport with residents. Provides a café/barista service in the village restaurants. Supports team members by assisting in the preparation of food and beverages. Serves customers using the EPOS. Responsible for day-to-day cleanliness, hygiene and washing up after a food service. Safely closes down the kitchen at the end of the day in line with protocols in preparation for the next day. Removes waste.
