An exciting opportunity has arisen within Forth Valley Royal Hospital for a kind, caring, hard‑working and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Worker. The successful applicant will have a flexible approach to the role and will support Registered Nursing staff in the delivery of high quality patient‑centred care.

You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work well as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, promote high quality person‑centred care, and have a genuine interest in caring for people who are unwell. You must have a willingness and appetite for life‑long learning and advancing the role of the Clinical Support Worker in order to develop and enhance your own personal development. You will be expected to work a flexible work pattern which includes working a day shift, night shift and weekend rotation.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. More information on this scheme can be found at www.disclosurescotland.co.uk

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
