Job Description:
The Medication Support Company
A rapidly expanding company based in the Northwest of England, our remote patient service, PAMAN, employs a highly experienced, hand-picked team of call monitors comprised of registered pharmacy technicians. Our friendly team monitors patients with a wide range of conditions, supporting them to take their medicines throughout the day and offering holistic support. The system helps reduce medication errors, enhances medication administration safety, and significantly lowers costs. It allows individuals to live independently for longer with the assurance of being monitored.
We are looking to welcome a registered pharmacy technician to our team to assist with patient implementations in Cheshire, Merseyside, and the North West.
Implementation involves visiting patients in their own homes, installing and training them on the PAMAN service, collecting and recording information, as well as reconciling medications.
You will work closely with our operations and clinical teams to smoothly implement patients, ensuring all the required steps are followed and information is organized and shared with the appropriate people.
Full training will be provided, along with the opportunity to shadow a senior team member.
