Define and drive the technology strategy and architecture for a cloud-first, data-centric fintech platform.
Lead a talented team of engineers and architects, building a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
Oversee the modernisation of existing systems into a modular, scalable environment built for performance and compliance.
Partner with product and business teams to accelerate innovation and experimentation in areas such as AI, automation, and data intelligence.
Ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance across all products and infrastructure.
Proven experience as a CTO or VP of Engineering in a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth product company.
Strong grounding in cloud architecture (Azure, distributed systems, APIs, and DevOps)
Experience leading engineering transformation and scaling teams in dynamic environments.
