Offer | £45,000 – £65,000 per annum
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded firm who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team in Lincoln. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a broad and high-quality private client caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role will involve managing a varied range of private client matters, allowing you to build long-term client relationships while working closely with experienced colleagues. The firm places a strong emphasis on quality advice, client care, and maintaining a sensible and manageable workload.
Typical duties would include:
* Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning matters
* Handling probate and estate administration files
* Providing advice on inheritance tax and succession planning
* Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals
* Managing files from instruction through to completion with a high standard of client care
The successful candidate will be:
* Qualified as a solicitor with 3–8 years PQE in private client work
* Confident managing a caseload independently
* Detail-orientated, organised, and client-focused
* A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
