Customer Service & Sales Advisor
Fixed-Term Contract – 6 Months – Possible extension
Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
Are you passionate about delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a friendly and dedicated team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of supporting customers—processing orders, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. It’s a varied position where no two days are the same, and you’ll have the chance to make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
Manage customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional response.
Accurately process orders using Salesforce and Sage.
Handle queries on pricing, stock availability, deliveries, and returns.
Proactively resolve issues to maintain a consistent, high-quality service.
Work closely with colleagues to support team and business objectives.
What we’re looking for:
A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Highly motivated with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Good IT skills (Salesforce knowledge is a bonus).
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or operations is desirable.
Working hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm / 8:30am – 5:30pm (with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
Contract terms:
6-month fixed term
Probationary period: 6 months
Notice period: 4 weeks (outside of probation)
