Haven Lodge is a warm, supportive residential home commissioned by Essex County Council, providing care for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Our goal is to empower residents to live fulfilling lives with dignity and independence. Hours: 18 hours per week (flexible shifts, including weekends). There is also the potential to pick up additional sleep-in shifts Essential Skills & Qualities: Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential (training provided).
