About the General Manager Role:

The role involves a hands-on approach to all aspects of the business, managing a large team, and overseeing daily operations. You will work closely with a well-established sales and marketing team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be involved in all areas of the business, taking ownership and driving its success
2. Ensure the highest standards of service throughout the pub, creating memorable experiences for every customer
3. Train, mentor, and develop your management team and staff, fostering growth and loyalty
4. Oversee financial and budgeting activities, optimizing operations for peak efficiency
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven leadership experience with a hands-on approach
* Track record of increasing takings
* Knowledgeable about the pub industry, with an in-depth understanding of beers and line management
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager
