This is a pivotal role, responsible for: Developing and delivering an ambitious asset management and decarbonisation strategy. Driving continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery, compliance, sustainability and property investment. Developing a high-performing team, ensuring excellence in property services. Expanding our housing portfolio, shaping our development pipeline to meet future needs. Forging strong partnerships with key stakeholders and championing best practices. Join us and be part of something transformative. What We’re Looking For We need an experienced and strategic leader with a passion for housing, sustainability, and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring: Extensive experience in asset management, property investment, and compliance within the social housing sector. Proven leadership skills, the ability to inspire and engage with a clear vision and drive a high-performance culture and develop strong teams. A strong track record in successfully delivering housing capital programmes, retrofit projects, and decarbonisation initiatives. Expertise in contract management, budgeting, and financial control to ensure cost effective service delivery. A relevant degree or professional qualification in Building Surveying, Asset Management, or a related field (membership of RICS, CABE, CIBSE, CIOB, NEBOSH, or IOSH is desirable).
