About You:
* You’re a client-facing Account Manager (or Senior AE looking to transition to AM) specialising in Programmatic.
* You have excellent client-handling skills, enjoy creating award-winning strategies, and are eager to support new business initiatives.
* You are familiar with multiple Programmatic campaign management platforms and partners.
* You are an organized leader with great attention to detail and a desire to improve the team.
The Role:
* Join our programmatic team as a Senior Programmatic Account Manager, working with digital media enthusiasts.
* Manage several clients across various verticals on programmatic display, overseeing a Programmatic Account Executive.
* Engage directly with clients to understand their goals and challenges, focusing on how programmatic campaigns can address these.
* Manage delivery and implementation strategically, willing to get hands-on if needed.
* Build client relationships and participate in pitches to win new business.
* Devise and plan account strategies, develop client roadmaps, identify new opportunities, and conduct media planning to grow accounts.
* Collaborate with the Head of Programmatic to develop and enhance our Programmatic offerings.
* Manage outcomes, exercising entrepreneurial responsibility and freedom.
* Participate in quarterly Performance Development sessions with the Head of Programmatic to discuss progress and future plans.
