We are looking for an ambitious Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales department – no prior vending or coffee industry experience required.

What you’ll be doing:
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals
* Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
* Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers
* Providing ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service and meet client expectations
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking sales activity
* Learning about our vending, coffee and smart retail solutions, products, and services to effectively meet customer needs
* Managing your time and territory efficiently to maximise performance
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in a sales role (B2B preferred, but not essential)
* A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and highly organised
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn a new industry (full training provided)
