Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting for a Customer Supporter at our Retirement Communities Service, Roman Ridge in Sheffield.

The role of Customer Supporter will include:
* Providing front of house reception duties
* Developing innovative and varied individual and group activities
* Promoting and evaluating activities for customers, enabling them to reach their own potential
* Assisting and encouraging customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community
* Working with other staff to ensure a clean and comfortable environment is maintained
Location and hours: Retirement Communities Service, Roman Ridge, Sheffield. Salary £12.70 per hour • Hours 15 hours per week

Skills and experiences
* Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities
* Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable
* Good interpersonal and customer care skills
* Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
* Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
* Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
