Job Title: Business Development Manager – Conferences & Events
Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus + benefits

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow Conferences & Events revenue across high-profile hospitality venues. You’ll own the sales strategy, win new business, and maximise key accounts. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where commercial impact and client relationships go hand in hand.
What You’ll Do
1. Drive new business and grow existing accounts
2. Deliver a proactive C&E sales strategy
3. Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
4. Hit and exceed revenue and conversion targets
5. Use CRM and insights to build a strong pipeline
6. Work closely with operations to maximise every opportunity
