What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our student recruitment efforts—designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and applications for our university partners. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and university stakeholders to craft compelling content and strategies that make a real difference. You’ll also mentor junior team members, bringing your experience and enthusiasm to help others grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of paid and organic campaigns across digital channels.
* Analyse performance data to refine strategies and boost ROI.
* Collaborate with university partners and third-party suppliers.
* Shape and implement a content strategy that integrates seamlessly across platforms.
* Explore new channels, suppliers, and opportunities to expand reach.
What You’ll Bring
* At least 2 years’ experience in a Marketing Executive role, ideally with a focus on lead generation
* Strong understanding of aligning marketing tactics with business goals.
* Confidence in managing multi-channel campaigns and mentoring others.
* Excellent copywriting skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
* A passion for marketing and a drive to innovate.
Your Skills & Knowledge
* ROI-focused campaign management.
* Strategic thinking and creativity.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Teams a bonus).
* Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Illustrator/Photoshop) is a plus.
* Understanding of the higher education market is highly desirable
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven professional experience in a marketing role.
