Job Opportunity: Sales Manager

If you have a background in Sales Management, are results-driven, and possess knowledge within the Construction or Technical Sales Industry, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing long-standing client relationships through a consultative and helpful approach.
2. Seeking new business development opportunities.
3. Following up on client enquiries, arranging virtual and face-to-face meetings, and providing quotes.
4. Managing the end-to-end sales process, including aftercare.
5. Liaising with in-house teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
6. Tracking KPIs and sales activity.
We are seeking a charismatic individual capable of generating lasting relationships to drive new and repeat revenue. The company boasts a fantastic, loyal work culture with long-standing employees.
You must possess business acumen, industry expertise, and excellent people management skills.
What We Offer:
* An attractive salary of £45,000 plus bonus per annum.
* Company car.
* 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with an option to buy up to 5 additional days annually.
* Team days out.
This position is based on-site full-time, with occasional travel to meet clients. Working hours are flexible: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
