Responsibilities

* Take on technical responsibilities for the configuration and support of SAP ECC, SAP ME, EWM and APO alongside the team and key business users
* Develop your knowledge of business processes to best advise on improvements and navigate change
* Establish a foundation of process and technical excellence that can prepare us for the future
* Help us achieve our Industry 4.0 vision for our new facility
* Solve problems and realize opportunities by using technology to provide state-of-the-art solutions that transform our business
* Lead strategic/data projects by mapping requirements and functionality to business goals, aligning priorities and managing stakeholders, resources and dependences
* Identify and implement key tools and technologies to build an end-to-end robust digital landscape in line with global Healthineers strategy
* Cultivate a digital culture by ensuring users are inspired and empowered by solutions, with processes embedded and data integrity maintained
* Be a digital leader, translating technical requirements into tangible business benefits
* Collaborate across our global business, build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor
* Be part of a team, working closely with like-minded people inspired by technology


Your Experience

You'll bring proven experience and knowledge of major SAP systems and an understanding of how these systems integrate and their dependencies:

* SAP ECC – material and stock control, financial posting, data quality and corrections
* SAP ME – configuring operations, data collections, tools, deviations and more
* SAP EWM – configuration of process, storage locations and bins
* SAP APO – configuration of resource capacity limits

You'll also bring:

* Experience in testing and deployment across development, integration and production systems
* Proven ability to engage with business users to understand process needs, gather requirements and resolve challenges
* Demonstrable experience of balancing day-to-day resolution of incidents with project tasks
* The ability to work according to, and contribute to, continuously improving team processes ensuring execution, documentation and transparency
