As our Meeting & Event Sales Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional hospitality and thrive on exceeding guest expectations. Your primary focus will be on our Meetings, Events, and Groups business, managing inquiries, finalizing event details, billing, and record keeping.
You may also sell our V Works co-working spaces, providing excellent service and expanding our customer base through lead generation and enquiry conversion. A friendly personality and sales passion are essential, along with offering guests great options while ensuring hotel profitability.
You should be attentive, consistent in standards, and possess a can-do attitude. Teamwork is vital; you should be willing to support colleagues wherever needed.
