Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Service Desk Analyst located in Salford, with flexibility to work from home once trained. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to service requests, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and supporting users with their IT needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of all interactions and solutions.
We offer flexibility to work from home once you are fully trained; however, you will be required to attend the office on site when necessary.
