Night Shift Baker/ Bakery Manager | Surbiton | Full Time | 45 hours per week over 5 days, with shifts between 5:00 pm and 5:00 am | Starting salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Our client is a traditional FRENCH bakery, working with their hands, hearts and passion, using only high quality ingredients. They are looking for a Night Shift Bakery Manager with experience in managing a whole team; most importantly, trained in the artisan way of baking breads and pastries.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Proven experience as a baker and manager in an artisan bakery environment
* Experience managing a bakery team or leading shift operations
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Leadership skills
* A good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
What will your role look like?
* Lead, manage, and support the night shift team
* Oversee production of artisan breads and pastries to meet daily requirements
* Ensure the team adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers as needed
