Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage monthly payroll cycles across multiple companies (bi‑weekly for the US).</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and handle all starter/leaver processing.</li><li>Calculate salary changes, commissions, bonuses, and pro‑rated pay.</li><li>Prepare payroll reports and investigate any discrepancies prior to approval.</li><li>Administer the company pension scheme, including uploads and updates.</li><li>Process staff expenses and ensure correctihak VAT documentation.</li><li>Process HMRC payroll submissions and payments.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications & Experience</h3><ul><li>Strong UK payroll experience; exposure to internationalalles payroll is an advantage.</li><li>Highly organised, accurate, and confident working independently.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and competency with data entry.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a supportive approach.</li>< aimer>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including lookups and SUMIFs).
