Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Support & Leverage Protect and optimise the CEOs time through rigorous prioritisation and gatekeeping. Anticipate requirements and ensure full preparation for all meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, and desired outcomes. Draft and review high-quality correspondence, reports, documents, and presentations. Coordinate complex, multi-leg international travel and detailed itineraries. Maintain visibility over all commitments to ensure seamless execution and follow-through. 2. Governance, Board & Investor Support Prepare, manage, and maintain board packs to a consistently high professional standard. Coordinate board meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes, and action tracking. Support investor communications, updates, and executive summary materials. Uphold strict confidentiality and governance standards at all times. 3. Strategic Coordination Act as a central liaison between the CEO and the senior leadership team to ensure clarity and alignment. Track deadlines, deliverables, and preparation requirements across the organisation. Support priority initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional workstreams. Help establish and maintain rhythm, structure, and discipline within the CEOs operating cadence. 4. Stakeholder Management & Communication Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, board members, partners, and external stakeholders. Represent the CEO professionally in high-level interactions when appropriate. Prepare concise briefing notes, meeting summaries, and action logs. Handle all communication with discretion, diplomacy, and precision. 5. Operational Excellence Manage the CEOs diary strategically, aligning time allocation with business priorities. Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for travel, board cycles, investor engagements, partner meetings, and key events. Track actions and commitments to ensure timely execution across multiple teams. Maintain robust systems for document management, planning, and task tracking. Candidate Requirements Essential Experience 5+ years experience supporting C-level executives (CEO, Founder, MD, or equivalent). Demonstrated experience producing board-level materials and supporting governance processes. Exceptional written communication skills with board-ready output. Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility. Strong judgement in prioritising and filtering complex, high-volume information. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth or multi-entity environment. Desirable Experience Background in technology, SaaS, insurance, or scale-up environments. Supporting internationally mobile executives with complex travel requirements. Experience engaging with investors or boards.
