About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales & Management Trainees. This role is designed for candidates who are eager to develop both their sales expertise and leadership skills, with a clear pathway into management.
You’ll start in a field-based sales role, gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition and relationship building, before progressing into team leadership and management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers face-to-face to promote and sell products/services
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
* Build strong, lasting customer relationships
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets
* Learn and apply leadership and team management skills
* Support the training and development of new team members (as you progress)
