About the opportunity
* Ensure the smooth daily operation and maintenance of UWA car parking facilities.
* Enforce UWA Land By-Laws by monitoring parking compliance and assisting with incident reporting.
* Provide frontline customer service and assist with internal mail deliveries as required.
About you
* Completion of Year 12 or equivalent competency.
* Knowledge of traffic and parking regulations.
* Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries and conflict situations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and reporting.
