Key responsibilities:
* Develop and communicate the IT and enterprise architecture strategy aligned with AXA's business goals and industry trends.
* Lead the strategic planning process, defining future state architectures and technology roadmaps.
* Oversee the governance of IT solutions to ensure compliance with standards and alignment to target architectures.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and external vendors to drive seamless technology integration.
* Support the design and implementation of cloud, data, and AI infrastructure to enable advanced analytics and automation.
* Manage the solution architecture team to deliver innovative, customer‑centric project solutions.
* Foster a high‑performance, inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
* Act as a trusted partner to executive leadership, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Your skills & experience:
* Proven experience leading a multi‑disciplinary CTO function within a complex, regulated environment.
* Strong track record in developing and executing enterprise and solution architecture strategies.
* Demonstrable leadership skills with a focus on inspiring teams, driving change, and developing talent.
* Extensive knowledge of modern technology platforms, cloud solutions, data & AI, and security best practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C‑level executives and external partners.
* Experience working within an Agile environment, promoting innovative ways of working.
* A strategic thinker with a customer‑focused mindset, committed to delivering measurable business value.
