Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Floor Staff member located in Tynemouth. The Floor Staff member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Duties include greeting customers, answering queries, replenishing stock, catering to customers needs while doing so in a professional manner and ensuring that the floor area is tidy and well-presented at all times; a key part is service, we thoroughly enjoy our team members having personality while waiting to tables.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in sales and ability to assist customers in purchasing products
* Ability to work well in a team and receive training
* High level of reliability and punctuality
* Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus
