Overview
EOI - Speech Pathologist – Tamworth local clients. Sublime Care is expanding to Tamworth and is seeking general Speech Therapists to join a warm, welcoming, and flexible work environment that values individual skills, experience and opportunities for learning and growth.
In the past three months our Allied Health Team has grown rapidly from 9 to 20 with 9 more due to join us by the end of the year. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.
What We Offer
* Above award salary starting from $105k + super based on experience
* In-house supervision provided by our Senior Speech Therapist (with 10 years’ experience)
* 67% KPI Caseload
* Full-time preferred; part-time considered with working hours Monday to Friday (no after hours or weekends)
* Travel to clients within the local area only – community-based client appointments

What We Are Looking For
* A recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Speech Therapy
* Eligibility for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Speech Therapist within the NDIS or Home Care Package system, preferably in a clinical or community-based setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients, families and colleagues
* Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
* Positive, empathetic, and compassionate approach to care
* Full driving licence
* COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum)

We employ 120+ employees across the Hunter and Western Sydney regions, providing person-centred support services to over 200 participants in aged care (CHSP), community care and accommodation (NDIS), and allied health (CHSP and NDIS).
