Integrity Education Solutions are proud to be supporting a trusted national provider of specialist care, education, and support services for children, young people, and adults with complex needs. The organisation is seeking a new Regional Director (NW England region) to join from September 2025, who will lead the performance of a defined geographic region—providing expert support, guidance, and direction to a team of directly line-managed Headteachers and Principals.
The organisation supports over 1,500 individuals across its education and adult services, with the majority referred by Local Authorities that rely on their consistent delivery of high-quality care and education. They partner with over 200 commissioners across England and Wales and work closely with Transforming Care Partnerships to enable people with complex needs, forensic backgrounds, or extended hospital stays to live fulfilling, community-based lives. All of their children’s homes are rated Good or Outstanding by regulators—demonstrating their unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and meaningful outcomes.
As the new Regional Director, you will coordinate with wider support functions to ensure a joined-up approach to quality, compliance, commercial success, and growth. In this role, you will act as the central coordination point for both directly and indirectly managed support teams—ensuring resources, oversight, and expertise are allocated efficiently. Your leadership will foster a strong, values-led culture where the quality of care and education always comes first.
You will be expected to regularly visit your schools and colleges, maintain a visible and supportive leadership presence, and attend national leadership meetings. In exceptional circumstances, where no alternative is available, you may be required to step in as Headteacher/Principal temporarily to maintain service continuity and minimise regulatory risk.
