What you will do:
* Administer and manage medication for substance misuse, ensuring all protocols are precisely followed.
* Develop, implement, and continuously review individualised care plans for inmates with substance misuse issues.
* Conduct assessments and provide regular evaluations to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment accordingly.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all inmates.
* Offer education and support to inmates to help them understand and manage their condition.
* Maintain clear and accurate records for all patient interactions and interventions.
* Provide crisis intervention when necessary and support the safety and rehabilitation objectives of the facility.
