Working in close partnership with the Head of Client Services and our Technical & Training Senior, you will identify training needs and deliver programs that enable the team to consistently provide an exceptional client experience. You’re ultimately building the next generation of talent and contributing to the long-term success of the business. Acting as a role model, you will embed our culture and values, drive consistency across offices, and champion operational excellence. You’ll get stuck into: Designing and delivering structured training & development programs, induction plans, and learning content tailored for early-career professionals, as well as our experienced team members Providing hands-on line management, including regular 1:1’s as well as providing mentoring, coaching and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment Supporting acquisition integrations, by onboarding team members, aligning processes, and ensuring a smooth transition Supporting initiatives that simplify operations, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across all locations Creating an environment where team members feel supported, motivated, and aligned with our values At the core of this role, you’ll be the linchpin to ensuring our people have the skills, tools and confidence to deliver outstanding client experiences. You’ll be the driving force of operational excellence and strengthening our business as we continue to scale. As a Financial Planning Training Manager, you should be able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines to ensure the smooth running of training delivery. Your communication and presentation skills will be on point. You’ll inspire confidence with your constructive feedback and know how to cultivate, nurture and motivate. You’ll need: Proven experience in training delivery, coaching, or mentoring, ideally within a Wealth Client Services or Financial Planning environment Strong understanding of Client Services processes, systems, and regulatory requirements Ability to simplify complex processes for junior team members Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) Ability to design scalable, repeatable training content using technology-based solutions Proactive, organised, and passionate about developing talent At Cooper Parry Wealth we’re a mould-breaking, bold decision-making, award-taking team.
