THE BUSINESS

THE ROLE
Support Coordination
11. Act as the primary point of contact for support requests.
12. Attend client and supplier meetings as the company's support representative.
13. Triage incoming issues, prioritise based on urgency and impact, and assign tasks to
14. the appropriate teams.
15. Monitor support ticket systems and ensure timely resolution of issues in accordance
16. with contracted SLAs.
Maintenance Management
17. Schedule and oversee contracted maintenance activities, ensuring minimal
18. disruption to operations.
19. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for system updates, upgrades, and
20. repairs.
21. Maintain accurate maintenance records
Problem Resolution
22. Investigate and resolve recurring issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
23. Analyse trends in support requests to identify opportunities for system or process
24. improvements.
25. Escalate complex problems to higher management or specialised teams as needed.
Documenting and Reporting
26. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for support processes, system
27. configurations, and maintenance schedules.
28. Generate regular reports on support metrics, system performance, and maintenance
29. activities in accordance with contracts held with clients.
30. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Stakeholder Engagement
32. Attend stakeholder meetings as the company support representative.
33. Liaise with stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure alignment
34. with organisational goals
35. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams to provide updates
36. and gather feedback
THE PERSON
37. BTEC HNC or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline).
38. Proven experience in a support or maintenance coordination role.
39. Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in systems maintenance, electrical engineering, IT
40. support, or similar domains.
41. Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and project management tools
42. Experience in supplier management and contract negotiation
43. Familiarity with electrical substations and/or distribution
44. Background in data analysis and reporting
