More About You
We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor at Places Leisure. You will need experience in the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training, and enjoy talking with people while motivating them to perform at their best.
All our Group Workout Instructors should hold a qualification suitable for delivery of our world-class Group Workout Programme. If you are highly motivated, we support you through continuous learning and development to achieve this qualification.
Responsibilities
* You will deliver group workouts to large and small classes in a fast-paced environment, keeping participants engaged and motivated.
* Use strong people skills to put customers first and build personable, meaningful relationships.
* Maintain exceptional time management and professional conduct.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and pursue continuous personal development.
* Work with customers of all abilities, supporting them through their fitness journeys.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain clean, safe facilities, adhering to regulations and company procedures.
